Costs:
$1,500.00 per team
$500.00 per team for Inclusion Teams
As part of the requirement of entry each Association must commit to bring to the tournament, a referee that is able to referee at a relevant level for each team, plus a referee trainer and a referee trainer course participant. BBNZ will be facilitating referee education.
FAILURE TO MEET ANY OF THE ENTRY COMMITMENTS WILL RESULT IN A $250.00 CHARGE TO THE ASSOCIATION PER FAILURE
Basketball Pacific reserves the right to determine final team entries. If teams don’t have a nominated referee their entry will not be accepted. Referees MUST be available to referee a minimum of 2 games per day. No player refs are allowed. If an association has a ref missing a rostered game for whatever reason a coach from that association will be rostered to ref.
Referees’ accommodation and meals are the responsibility of their Association.
Game Details
- U12 / U14 / Inclusion
- 4 x 8-minute stop clock
- Time Outs 1 time-out per team per quarter (time-outs do not carry over into the next period).
- U16 / U18 / U20 / TUPU
- 4x 10-minute stop clock
- Time outs – as per FIBA rules
All Grades:
- Quarter Times- 1 minute
- Half Time - 2 minutes
- Over Time - 2 minutes for U12 / U14 / Inclusion
3 minutes for U16 / U18 / U20 / TUPU
